ABOUT HOLACLAW

Own your AI companion.

Our mission is to bring AI assistants to everyone, so each person can own, shape, and trust the companions that help carry their day.

The story

We began where most people begin: asking an assistant to clean up a sentence, summarize a page, or help us find the next step when the work felt tangled.

Then the relationship changed. The assistant stopped being a novelty at the edge of the browser and became part of the operating rhythm of the day: thinking partner, memory aid, editor, planner, patient second mind.

That shift made the usual shape of AI feel too small. If these systems are going to sit beside us every morning, help us speak to the people we love, remember what matters, and support the ordinary work of life, they cannot remain generic accounts on someone else's platform.

So we built HolaClaw for a more personal future: assistants you create, name, teach, restrain, improve, and take with you. We started by making them for ourselves, then for friends and family, then for people who recognized the same need: daily companions with a clear owner, a clear purpose, and a shape chosen by the person who depends on them.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

The principles behind the work.

01

Everyone should have one

Assistants should not be reserved for technical people, large teams, or people willing to study a dashboard. The interface should make the power legible.

02

Ownership matters

A daily companion should not feel rented from a distant platform. You should decide what it is, what it knows, where it appears, and when it stays quiet.

03

Personality is infrastructure

Tone, memory, boundaries, and habits are not decoration. They are what turns a model into something people can actually live with.

04

Useful things spread

When an assistant earns a place in someone's day, they want to share the pattern: with a team, a parent, a student, a friend. We are building for that natural expansion.

HOW IT SPREADS

Adoption rarely begins with a manifesto. It begins with relief.

1

A small task gets lighter

A reply is easier to write. A plan becomes clearer. A question that would have waited until tomorrow gets answered tonight.

2

A habit quietly forms

The assistant moves from experiment to routine. It learns the shape of your work, your language, your recurring decisions.

3

The circle widens

Someone sees what changed and wants their own version. Not your assistant, exactly, but one shaped for their life. That is the movement we want to serve.

The next personal computer may be a companion you shape yourself.

HolaClaw is our attempt to make that future ordinary: approachable, ownable, and useful enough to become part of everyday life.
